Underwater Cave, Part III

With taxes complete, I was able to focus my energies on getting through the underwater cave, and this time things went smoothly. Fighting went well, and a full load of potions helped a ton. I efficiently worked my way to the bottom of the cave, where I obtained Noah’s flute.
Ok, Noah’s flute.
Um, what am I supposed to do with this?

Come on, now, isn’t it obvious? You’re supposed to do something with it. That mysterious something.

Well, I figure I’m supposed to play it somehow, and that it somehow is connected to the trio of wizards. The question then, becomes where to play it, but I don’t have a clue. I’ll go explore a bit tonight, but I’ll start with the original wizard’s place. Maybe there is a clue there.
