Quick Update…
Posted by Mike Blitz on January 25th, 2008
Well, so far so good. I’ve been busy, but I’ve been able to keep playing and keep posting. I’m feeling like I’m getting closer to the end of Final Fantasy IV, and I’m itching to start Final Fantasy V.
However, I know that I won’t be able to play or post starting early next week and continuing for a bit more than one week. I also likely won’t have access to the internet during that time, so I won’t be able to reply to comments either.
This weekend, I’m going to try and play ahead a bit and stack up some posts that I’ll release while I’m gone. I don’t think I’ll be able to make a daily post during that time. I’m hoping for one post every three days or so for about nine days. I’ll reply to all comments when I resume daily posting, which I’m hoping will be around February 6 or 7.
I will however, be making daily posts and replying to comments through Sunday.

Aw, this will be a shame, I’ve been enjoying reading this even more as of late, considering how big the last gap of not playing was. But still, you have to put real life first, so I won’t bitch and moan

Come back and take a rest, okay?

What, no, I disobey you from having any real life whatsoever. Just kidding. Just don’t try to rush through the next one or two game sessions or so, no reason to waste all the fun of the next few hours of play just to get through the story. See you then.

Thanks, everyone. We’ll see how it goes. Things may go okay after all.

I have come from the future, to bring spoilers! I’m sticking this solution to the Yang problem here so Mike can avoid it if he wants, so if you too want to avoid reading a puzzle solution, move along.
SPOILERS:
To revive Yang, you have to visit his wife, who lives in the top of one of Fabul’s towers. Fabul is east of Baron, in case you forgot. She will give you an item. Take this item back to Yang in the Sylvan cave, and you’ll get some story and a reward. Return the item to Yang’s wife, and she’ll give you yet another reward: the strongest weapon in the game! Too bad nobody can equip it. Hmmmm…..
