Getting Back on Track…
Posted by Mike Blitz on September 11th, 2007
It’s been about three weeks since I last played Final Fantasy IV and last posted here. When I made that last post, about the Tower of Zot, I was actually a couple of hours beyond that in the game. I took notes about those two hours of play, but some of the details are sketchy. Over the next few days, I’ll be fleshing out those notes and putting them up as posts, but if you see something that seems goofy, please feel free to tell me. In many ways I’ll be working from memory here. When I do that, I tend to omit some things.
Anyway, my life has settled down again to the point that I think I’ll be able to resume regular posting. For the next eight months or so, my work looks to be insanely busy, so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to keep going at the daily pace I was able to sustain over the summer. Still, I want to keep going, and am going to try to make at least three posts a week. With luck, I’ll be able to make more, but for now, I’m aiming for a Monday/Wednesday/Friday posting schedule, and making random posts on the other days when possible.
On another note, I believe I’ve replied to everyone’s comments. If I’ve missed a question or a comment, please let me know.
I’ll start on that Mon/Wed/Fri schedule with a post tomorrow that picks up the game where I left off.

Don’t worry, you told us a couple of months ago that your life might get busy, so I guess it was bound to happen!

Thanks for the understanding. I thought I was good to go last week, then our whole family got hit with some brutal colds.
I don’t get sick often, but when I do it’s almost always right after a really hard project. This was no exception.
