I’ve probably spent over a thousand dollars on their site in the past three years. Their prices (especially during one of their sales) are usually some of the best I can find anywhere. Service-wise, I’ve found them to be quite reliable. Over the course of perhaps 50 orders from them, I’ve had three problems. Once, a couple of DVDs were missing from a shipment. I called their customer service and they fixed the problem right away, with no questions asked. Once, a DVD came with a busted case. Once, I mistakenly got two of the same DVD (but I was only charged for one of them). Overall, I’ve had great experiences with buying stuff from them.

During their sales, however, their stock will run out on many items, which can result in back orders. Back-ordered items ship separately at a later date, and usually have arrived within two weeks of placing the order. In-stock items have generally arrived within a week.
